See the everyday signals

Your eyes are part of every screen, street and story.

Vision changes can be gradual. A quick awareness check does not diagnose anything, but it can be a useful prompt to pay attention and seek a professional eye examination.

02

Give screens a break

Build regular pauses into long stretches of phone, TV and laptop use.

03

Make checks routine

Do not wait for vision to become difficult before asking for professional advice.
